2) The quality of goods is not within my control.
You have to accept what the supplier provide me with.

3) No refund will be made for lost/missing items.
Full refund will be given if the spree is cancelled due to poor response.
4) $1.50 handling fees will not be refunded when an item is OOS (out of stock) due to time spent on processing.
You can choose to direct the 100% of funds to other ongoing sprees or instocks :)
5) Refunds for OOS items to be made after the spree to avoid confusion.
6) We are not liable if the supplier provides me with the wrong colour/size/item when the order placed is correct.
Fret not, we will help you contact the supplier. However, if shipping fees is required for exchange, spree-ers are to bear the cost.

1.43 = 1.46
1.45 = 1.48
1.48 = 1.51

11) Spree usually takes 1 - 3 weeks if there is no disputes. However, it can take up to 4 - 8 weeks.
Join only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.
12) We hold the right to ask spree-ers to top up during 2nd payment if the exchange rate charged is higher than the spree rate.
This is especially applicable at this stage since USD is not very stable.
13) Some merchant increase/decrease their price without prior notice. Hence, if the price increase is within the range of USD 5, orders will be placed and top up will be collected together with shipping.
Aftermath:
14) Goods which are not claimed within 2 weeks, after email is sent out for collection, will be confiscated unless prior to notice. Please check your email regularly. Any dispute on goods will not be entertained
15) We hold the rights to amend any parts of the terms and condition and journal without prior notice.

FAQ: Why is the exchange rate for Spree B higher than Spree A?
Exchange rates for sprees will change accordingly to actual exchange rates in the market. This is especially applicable for US sprees as the USD is very unstable for the past months.
FAQ: If that is the case, how are exchange rates set?
On the day of opening the spree, we go to Yahoo Finance or UOB to check the USD vs SGD rate. Then, we will add 0.03. This is to give some leeway for the fluctuation of exchange rates for the time that the spree is on-going.
FAQ: What if the exchange rate on the financial market drops?
We will use any excess funds to offset the second payment / shipping costs.
FAQ: Do you need a bank account to transfer payment?
No, you do not need to have one.

We have an OCBC account, hence you are able to transfer payment via OCBC cash deposit machines. (found at any OCBC banks)
Here is the guide on how to do it.
1) Touch screen to begin and select language
2) Select 'Cash Deposit'
3) Enter Account Number
4) Enter amount (in multiples of $10) & select 'Yes'
5) Place cash in deposit slot & press 'Start'

FAQ: Since the cash deposit machine only accept cash in multiples of $10, what will happen to the remaining amount if my order is $34.
For $30.50, you will need to cash in $40 (always round up to the nearest 10). The remaining $9.50 will be either be used as shipping payment or refund together with your item (mail or self collection)
