Orders placed!
23rd September:
F21 shipped out the orders!
3rd October:
Goods have arrived but all accessories are missing.
Emailed F21 about it.
4th October:
F21's reply.
"We have forwarded your information regarding this missing item to our Warehouse Supervisor as well as our E-Commerce Supervisor for further review. If at the end of this investigation it is determined that the item is indeed missing, you will be reimbursed on the original form of payment. You may also check the status of this investigation during the next 10-14 business days."
10th October:
Email sent to ask for status.
15th October:
No reply of previous email. Email sent again to ask for status.
Will call them up tomorrow.
16th October:
They made a new log about the missing items.
10-14 business days.
7th November
Called them again since they did not send the email.
They claimed that they have shipped out the items and refused to refund.
Sorry affected spreers, there's nothing much we can do..
